and i change my future work/ambition to....
culinary skills(western) instead of Pastry & Baking.
my family discuss with me bout Pastry & western,
they say Cakes are everywhere in singapore.
too much competitor & you eat here eat there also same taste,
chocolate,vanila,strawberry,mocha,durian....and more.
i already think of lots of combind taste & taste good.
then culinary skills in western,
they are not so much people selling western food.
if yes,only those normal beef steak,chicken chop.
do your think that whenever you order a Fish & Chips,
the Fish skin is crispy but its meat was so soft(like vomit stuff)
and you cant even taste the taste of the meat.
so now im thinking of some ideals to make,
so the meat will be firm and taste good.
they always use sea bass to cook for Fish & Chips,
they should try S-------- =D
but at the same time i also will be learning some
pastry and desert dish,so to let my customer to
enjoy both main and desert food in my resturant.
next time my shop will be a combind of thai & western food.
mixed the thai & western recipe to cook one nice food,
like;Green Curry Spagetti & Tom Yam Spagetti and more....
my shop all the tables & chairs will be make of wood,
wall painted in dark brown & with leaf & flower as decroation.
and a small water fountain at the entrance....JUNGLE~
so now i decided to study finish this year and go to ite.
and study my cooking skill or that,and slowly slowly...CHEF!
i dont mind going ite,i dont care what other people think of me.
as long i go to a place where i can study the course i love,
and not doing things i dont like and waste my time.
you would rather waste time on the things you like
and not things you dont like.
if i get to good primary,secondary,poly,university
but.....im not happy
i got a very very good cert but still i go to a company,
by which im a employee and not a employer.
i want to be a employer giving employee
hourly wages or a salary.
maybe after your reads my post will had disagreement,
but i have to say one sentence.
"Different people got Different thinking."
thats what i think....so ya.
